Teresa Brashear, Commercial Real Estate Property Manager, joined Lee & Associates | Cincinnati in 2019. She is now directly responsible for working with the Leasing & Marketing Teams, collections of annualized rents totaling more than $6 million, manages tenant improvements and make-ready projects, budgets & forecasting, prepares monthly operating reports to owners, and approves all expenses & contracts, to increase NOI and reduce risk. Her managed portfolio consists of 750,000 square feet and includes approximately 100 occupied units. She also plays an essential role in supporting the Integrated Services and Executive Management Teams.

With 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Teresa possesses a broad range of expertise in the areas of publicly held REIT’s, Industrial, Flex, Office, Medical, Retail and Entertainment portfolios.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates | Cincinnati, she was an Operations Manager at Newport On The Levee, a 380,000 square foot entertainment destination center that hosted over 4 million guests each year. Primarily responsible for overseeing third party contracted services for security, parking, and janitorial services. Teresa was also involved in coordination and supervision of special events, completed over $200 million in construction projects, while providing excellent hospitality and improved a positive customer service experience.

Additionally, Teresa brings value from five years’ experience in the global corporate lease administration with CBRE, having managed portfolios for clients including Nationwide Insurance and Royal Bank of Canada. As Lease Administrator, she completed full lease abstraction, data base management, reporting, processed rent exports and collected receivable accounts.

Teresa holds an Associate Degree in Applied Business, a State of Ohio real estate license, and various continuing education certificates with BOMA, Homeland Security, and Udemy. She is also designated as a member of the Southern Ohio Association of Realtors (SOAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Outside of her career, Teresa enjoys exploring the outdoors, cooking, gardening, and spending time with family.
